Privacy Policy
Last updated: 23 July 2026. Learn with Piplo is made for children and families. We keep the experience simple and avoid collecting unnecessary personal information from kids.
1. Who we are
This website is operated as Learn with Piplo at learnwithpiplo.com. For privacy questions, contact hello@learnwithpiplo.com or use our Contact Us page.
2. Children first
Piplo activities do not require a child account or login by default. Children can play games, colour, and explore without creating a profile.
- We do not ask children for full name, home address, or phone number to play
- Parents/teachers should supervise younger children online
- If a feature later needs an adult email (for example progress reports), that information is for adult use
3. Information we may process
Game progress on the device
Some progress (such as stars or completed games) may be stored in the browser on the same device using local storage or similar browser features. This helps the adventure map remember where a child left off.
Optional forms
If an adult sends a suggestion, contact message, or progress report, we receive the details they choose to submit (for example name, email, and message text).
Basic technical data
Like most websites, our hosting may receive standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and visit time for security and reliability. We also keep a simple anonymous weekly visitor count for the site operator’s admin panel only (it is not shown publicly).
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We may use basic cookies or local storage for:
- Remembering game progress on the device
- Counting weekly visitors privately for site operations (not shown on public pages)
- Site operation and security
- Advertising partners (for example Google AdSense) when enabled — those partners may use their own cookies according to their policies
You can clear cookies and site data in the browser settings at any time.
5. Advertising
If ads are shown, they are provided through advertising partners. Those partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show ads. We design placements carefully for a family-friendly site. Parents can use browser or device controls to limit ad tracking where available.
6. How we use information
- To run and improve the learning games and website
- To reply to adult contact messages and suggestions
- To keep the site secure and measure general weekly visits
- To show age-appropriate ads when advertising is active
We do not sell children’s personal information.
7. Sharing
We may share limited technical data with trusted service providers who help host or operate the website (for example hosting and security). Advertising partners process data under their own policies when ads are enabled. We may also share information if required by law.
8. Data retention
Browser progress stays on the device until cleared. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and improve the service. Weekly visitor tokens reset with each new week.
9. Your choices
- Clear browser storage to remove local game progress
- Contact us to ask about adult-submitted messages
- Use school/network settings or browser settings if a connection error appears (some school networks block certain web protocols)
10. Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy as the website grows. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after updates means the new policy applies.
